We have to start somewhere, don’t we?

Everything has to have a beginning. Unless, of course, it doesn’t. Can you imagine all of the ideas that have been in people’s brains… dreams, inventions, new thoughts… that have never gotten a start?

Starting can be hard. Very hard. We sometimes don’t know how to start. Or if we should start. Or what exactly we are starting, or why. But, even if we don’t know the answers to all or any of it, sometimes the most important thing is to just start.

There is a quote I saw somewhere that says, “Sometimes our only mode of transportation is a leap of faith.” I love this. Sometimes we don’t know how we are going to land, but we need to make the jump anyway because we know deep down that it’s the right thing.
